These guys are awesome. During this economy more business have tried to focus more on customer service. At Precision, they have built their business around it and it shows!!I took a 2009 Mercedes into them to do an all around inspection as it was bought used with 6K miles but didn't know its service history. They not only went through the entire car and didn't charge me a penny but only did the service that was required (ie oil change only) They told me it looked fine to them from a service perspective. However, they did call me in after they had raised the car to show me how the sway bars had a missing nut, the muffler bracket was not fastned to the muffler and the front sway bolts were damaging the underbody and needed to be ground down. Apparently the "performance" shop that I had previously gone to, did a superior crappy job! Precision ground the bolts down, added the bolt that was missing and re-attached the muffler bracket AT NO COST. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR ANYTIME!!! Saying that is part of their service and they wanted me to be a happy and returning customer! Since it was raining that day they polished the wheels and tires and gave me a coupon for a FREE CAR WASH at a great local car wash! AWESOME SERVICE AND EXPERTISE.I have to add the owner is a Master Mercedes-Benz technician and knows his craft well. They have a passion for BMW, Mercedes and other high-end cars. They can bet that I'll be back and I have already recommended them to several of my friends and colleauges!!THANKS JEFF AND CHRIS!!!

The guys there are friendly and honest, and the service is great, but I don't know if I'll go back. I drive a Volkswagen, and while they're perfectly VW-certified, I believe their shop caters more to higher-end makes (Mercedes, Audi, Lexus) and therefore their rates are more in line to service those cars rather than VWs. They were cheaper than the VW dealership, but not by a lot.

These guys are so good at what they do, I refer all my customers to them. Not only are they trustworthy, they're extremely thorough with whatever they're servicing on your vehicle. Chris, Jeff and Andy are in a different class of automobile repair. If you're debating on whether or not you'd like to purchase a used vehicle, have them do the inspection. If you're looking for a quick oil change, have them do it, they won't forget your oil cap... or the oil. If you're looking to save some money from the dealership and get much better service... what are you waiting for? All Pro Audio is the place....err... Precision Motor Works is the place to be. (cheap plug) Call ahead and talk to one of the guys... they're always busy being next to Ford.... jk. As good as it gets

These guys are awesome! Chris, Jeff, and Andy are very personable and will take good care of your car. They are honest with what your car needs and will not try and take advantage of you by trying to sell you services that are not necessary...like those car dealers! Definitely a plus for people like me who know nothing about cars! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Brought my 05 Passat in because it started having major trouble running - i.e., really rough running and half power, etc. This was really bad, because we were going to be taking the car on a long trip the next day! They diagnosed the problem within an hour of me dropping off the car and had it fixed and ready to pick up the same day! Reasonable rates. They checked all the fluids, tire pressures, etc. - to make sure we had a safe trip! And they washed the car! Great personal service and no BS.

This shop used to be owned by a guy named HELMUT....that I had work on my VW's. A guy named Helmut working on my German car for me was awesome! LOL. In the past year or so Helmut sold the business to a guy named Chris Bassett. Chris has been great with my older model Passat and old VW Westfalia i.e. pop-top camper van. I have always felt good about my dealings with Chris, feel like he's a straight shooter and never gotten that underlying "I'm not sooo sure about this" feeling you can sometimes get with shops/mechanics. This is especially important as a woman when you feel like they are talking over your head in terms of car "stuff". Trust would be the key word here for me. Very happy to recommend Chris and his shop.
